The job roles include bookkeeping and accounting tasks such as bank reconciliations, data entry, invoicing, etc.
Organizing the office/ calenders/ meetings, office administration duties, secretarial responsibilities, liaising with
customers and suppliers.
The right person should have good communication and organizational skills.
Bookkeeping/ accountancy background and secretarial experience would be beneficial with knowledge of #QuickBooks, Sage, Payroll Manager, Ms. Excel, and Ms. Outlook however, some training can be provided.
Experience in property and the construction industry will be advantageous.
