Job: Secretary

Job Description:

We are urgently looking for a responsible and dedicated Secretary to perform a variety of administrative, accounts, and clerical tasks.

Duties of the Secretary include providing support to our managers, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company’s general activities.


  • Answer and direct phone calls

  • Sourcing of new suppliers

  • Coordinating with suppliers and client's

  • Develop and maintain a filing system

  • Maintain contact lists

  • Book travel arrangements

  • Submit and reconcile expense reports

  • Liaise with the executive to handle requests and queries from senior managers

  • Preparing quotation, invoice, and LPO to be checked by the manager


  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

  • With knowledge in accounting and #Quickbooks

  • With knowledge in fit-out company
